Objective
To continue my training, required Continuing Education and Ethics Training so I can educate my clients, provide them with outstanding client counseling, education and service throughout the task of the buying or selling process while ensuring positive and profitable experiences for everyone involved.
I specialize in listing and selling single family homes, condominiums and multi-unit buildings. My attention to detail and the emphasis I place on educating my clients throughout the transaction has earned me high praise from my clients and referrals from them as well.
Professional History
October 2009 - The Michigan Group Realtors and RE/MAX merged together to form RE/MAX Platinum
July 2000 – Successfully completed the Real Estate License Training and became a full time licensed Realtor at Michigan Group Realtors, Brighton, MI
Education
April 2010 – Successfully completed the required curriculum and received my Certification as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Agent (SFR)
April 2009 – Successfully completed the required curriculum and received my Certification as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
November 2006 - Successfully completed the required curriculum and received my Certification as an e-PRO Realtor (e-PRO)
July 2003 - Successfully completed the required curriculum and received my Certification as an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR)
